MISSCNJ . I bought one a couple of weeks ago, and I have only made it one day . I commit to moving more in February. Since February is heart healthy month, I will commit to 8000 steps per day. That will be 2000 more than what I averaged since I bought the pedometer. Maybe after a week or two of meeting that goal, I will be able to kick it up to the 10,000. Definitely doable!
