Wisdom Teeth Update

Well, I'm slowly healing from this wisdom teeth extraction experience. While it clearly isn't the worst thing I've ever been through, it sure was awful! So far I'm lucky in that I haven't experienced any sign of dry socket which is exciting in and of itself. With the way I felt on Friday and Saturday, I can't imagine it much worse. Each day the swelling of my cheeks goes down and the I'm able to eat more and more. It still is feeling a bit like torture every time I eat, but I know in time it will get better. Just a few more days of soft foods and I'm sure I'll be back at it!
In just an hour or so I'm headed to the gym with my hubs. No volleyball game tonight (which is a good thing since my mouth is still sore) but I figured I can sit and bike for a while. It shouldn't hurt too much since there won't be any jostling of my mouth.
Goals for the week:
1. Increase water intake throughout the week. 100oz daily by Friday.
*it hasn't felt great to even drink anything, so I need to work my way up to regular consumption again.
2. Cardio 3X this week (30-45 minutes at a time).
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (BONUS)
3. P90X--twice this week
May be combined with #2 if I'm feeling up to it. May do strength though, too.
