150 day challenge to myself!~ starts today:)

today is the day,,, i am challenging myself to be under the 300 pound mark within 150 days!
Todays weight is 344.2, so i need to lose around 50 pounds by the end of June.
I will countdown on my fridge where i can see how many days i have left.
I will excercise everyday and drink my 8 glasses of water.
I will eat portion controlled meals and snacks
I will journal my feelings every day and challenge myself to not stress eat!!
I will keep busy and not OBSESS about food!~
This is the plan!! there are no more stops and starts this time around, i will keep going on this journey no matter what!~
