Boot Camp- Week Four

I'm on the last week of bootcamp!! I'm excited to have stayed with it this far. I kicked off today with the cardio video, 15 minutes of walking, 35 minutes of yard work, cardio video again and then 35 minutes of working hard in my kitchen. This doesn't count the 1.5 hours buying groceries, which I definitely consider hard work. Now, that I'm working Spark again, I have to really think when I go to the store and buy more fruits, veggies, etc. It is work and expensive!!

I've decided I will probably have to do bootcamp every other month to ensure I stay with my good habits I've been developing the past three weeks. The videos have gotten a little easier, so probably will complete one at least 2-3 times per week too.

Healthy is hard work, but I am worth it!!!! That has to be the bottom line for me. emoticon emoticon
