Managed to drop another pound.
We finally got our warm-up!!

And, of course, along with it comes the wind...

We're actually above freezing here today. And the wind is picking up, so I suppose that the snow will be settling a bit. I need to go out and do some shoveling on my path to the street.

Yesterday morning we had at least two more inches of snow and I managed to step off the beaten track and ended up in snow to my knees. Yay!!

Then there was the drive to work!! I spent a lot of time on the wrong side of the highway as the snowplow hadn't been there and the correct lane was drifting full of snow. I only met one vehicle so I wasn't impeding traffic. (Most people had enough sense not to go out.) When I got there the boss said "Oh, that's why you weren't answering your phone when I tried to call you to not come out." Oh, well, I had a project that needed work and it was pretty quiet. The snow stopped before noon and by mid-afternoon the sun had some out and it was melting near the building.

This week -- not so much snow and temperatures a bit above normal which is 2-20F.

Goals from last week ---

Track food --- All seven days!!!

Eat within calorie ranges -- 2 days under, but close, 3 days less than 50 over, and 2 days less than 250 over -- Not real good, but better than I had been doing.

Cardio -- 10 minutes a day -- 5 days out of seven -- I've been walking with Leslie and yesterday at work I could feel my abs tightening up when I was walking around.

Upper body ST - 2 times, core 3 times. --- Did upper body once, core 4 times.

64 oz of water, not just fluids -- Did this every day

Blog at least once a week -- Actually posted 2 others this week!! Going overboard, eh?

Next week -- stay with these

Track food
Eat within calorie ranges
Cardio -- 10 minutes a day
Upper body ST - 2 times -- core 3 times.
64 oz of water, not just fluids
Blog at least once a week

I hope everyone has a good week.

Great blog..great goals and great job on your goals!!! You are right on track..well except when you're walking!! Around here anywhere off the path and it's up into the chore boots (knee high) makes for cold feet then.
We are having the warm up, finally and the wind too, of course!!
Keep up the great work and keep on Sparkin' emoticon

You are doing great!! Congrats on the pound loss! Yay! Good for you! I sure hope you get a break from the cold and snow. It's in the 40s and overcast here in Austin today, and that's enough to make me whine.

Love your snowflake background. So pretty!
