for the Unbreakable Resolutions. I'm still following them and keeping them front and center in my mind, just to busy to blog during the week!
As well as my 3 previous goals (7000steps, 8 glasses of water, and within my calorie limit), I'm going to try to add in NancyLee46's STRONG challenges (virtual walk/run team) for this week.
Monday's challenge---S is for cutting out snack food!!!!! Yikes! This is a hard one! I love my popcorn! (which I know is probably not too bad as far as snack foods go--but I must have mine with a tad of butter and a ton of salt!) In all reality, I won't cut out popcorn but I will do my best to have smaller portions and less salt.
Perhaps one of February's goals should be to replace unhealthy snacks with healthy ones--or to cut down on salt. I really need to do this but I love, love, love my salt!
