Alright, I'll admit it, I've never heard of Anna Robertson Brown (apparently she's some kind of author?) I will say though, that based on this quote, I like her a lot.
When I see the older people in my church who might die soon, or even the people in the hospital I work at who are dying right now, I am reminded of how time is of the essence. I personally feel that you shouldn't squander your life away; that's why I hate to sleep late.
I went to lunch with my friend Jill today. We both have very different ideas of how to spend time in terms of our careers. She doesn't believe that college is for her and she wants to work right away, while I am looking at going to school even more to get a higher degree. However, we are both using our time wisely. We aren't wasting it.
I like to think that Anna Robertson Brown was saying in this quote that it doesn't matter how you use your time, as long as you are using. That is something I can definitely say that I am doing.
