Synopsis of my 2010 Journey

Lost 60#s in 2010 - Average 5#'s a month, also lost a total of 25 inches - I'm thankful that I lost that much, but a little dissapointed I didn't lose more.
It's the first time in my life that I am dedicated to exercising. I attend water aerobics classes 15 hours a week and walk in the lazy river for 5 hours. I've had a lot of support from people at the pool. Someone is always commenting on how hard I am trying. Many have commented on my weight loss too.
Medically, the only improvement is my blood pressure, last reading was 117/76. My cholesterol was borderline and still is. My good cholesterol is in the normal range at 40. My, Ldl bad cholesterol is at 155, it should be between 60-99. I have a fatty liver so my enzymes are also measured, slightly improved from previous reading. AST in the normal range at 28 and ALT was 67 should be 10-35.
A new friend of mine suggested I try blogging daily, I told her I would try at least a couple times a week. I never feel like I have anything interesting enough to blog about. I appreciate all the motivation and support I get from my sister Suzi and other Sparkers, it's been a great help.
