Wii-EA Active 2 Day 15, 16, 17, 18 And a whole lot more!

Another week with plenty of surprises. It is amazing what a little friendly competition can create! My EA Active Facebook team has decided to do a 2 week competition to see who burns the most calories. We started on the 18th and lets just say I'm doing pretty well, staying in the first or second place. Let me tell you these women all have about 100 lbs to loose and they all have such a fun competitive spirit! So for this week I completed all of my scheduled workouts, completed a missed workout, and did extra workouts just to keep up with them. I created one workout that lasted a little over 45 min and burned 500 calories. My clothes were soaked by the time I was done, but I was ready to go back for more.

I also purchased a new scale, and it looks like I've gone from 218 to 212 since I started this. I'm very happy with the scale progress! What is even more exciting is the actual physical changes. I'm not just talking about my old pants fitting, I mean the fact that I don't feel so out of breath while working out, or that I think foot fires are actually easier to do than push ups lool When these things start to happen you don't really care what the scale says.

Numbers for this week I worked out (since Monday) 286 min taking Wednesday off, and I will be taking the weekend off.
Calories burned 2447 calories for the same number days!
This means I burned more calories than last week!!

I only did 1 5K training day, so I think I will hold off on that till this competition is over.
