My "weekend' starts on Saturday night. I always do better at home, as far as the eating--at least in quantity--the quality needs to get better, so I am using the Spark guidelines to help with grocery shopping. I get the next four days off--yay!!
We have some spiral ham to use up--will be checking for good recipes, probably using beans for fiber. I should probably cut up the rest and freeze some of it for future use--it really packs a wallop of sodium, something i have noticed i need to cut back on.
