Other things I'd like to do

I've always had an adventurous side to me, but for the past 10 years, my weight has put limits on me. I can't wait to get more healthy. I want to do water sailing and possibly sky-diving. I also rode in a racecar and the firesuit would not zip all the way. I'm looking forward to doing it again and looking good in that fire suit. I'm still working toward my goal, but I'm trying to take it slow. I've started reading the Sparkbook and making a motivational collage of things that I'll enjoy when I get more healthy-a bucket list, if you will. Problem is, I don't have a lot of magazines around, so making my collage will go slow. I'm going to make a binder with different health tips I've found that I'm trying. I'll then make notes on how doing them affected me. I'm going to have fish for dinner tonight but not crazy about fish. I'm thinking of getting a food dehydrator to dry fruits that I can keep in my car for when I'm hungry on the way home from work or school. Let me know if you've ever tried dehydrating foods and what you think about it. I am going to get some broccoli and cauliflower at the grocery store and steam them for tonight. I'm also gonna get some fish oil, green tea, and vitamin D supplements. I don't just want to lose weight. I want to be healthy. It's coming-a little at a time!
