I just set myself a mini-goal to lose 20 lbs by Easter. Easter is 13 weeks away. If I were to lose 1.5 lbs each week- it would be 19.5 (which would still land me in the 180's). Even if I lose a pound a week, I'd be under 200 lbs for the first time in a very long time. Either way it's a win-win situation.
I changed my goal, and don't know where "old goals" are stored.
For the record: I started this particular journey on 7/4/2009 at 237 lbs.
Does anyone else have a mini-challenge?
