My new mantra this week: Chest Out, Belly In. I think that will not only improve my posture but will also help strengthen my core muscles. And Lord knows I need all the help I can get! Also, by telling myself COBI several times a day, I'll be more aware of my overall goal: to get fit and healthy in 11!
So....here goes...deep breath! and....COBI!!!!
