My new mantra this week: Chest Out, Belly In. I think that will not only improve my posture but will also help strengthen my core muscles. And Lord knows I need all the help I can get! Also, by telling myself COBI several times a day, I'll be more aware of my overall goal: to get fit and healthy in 11! goes...deep breath! and....COBI!!!!

    Love it........I will be using this too (that's if you don't mind). My core is sooooooo, flabby..........and as far as posture I know if everything from the top of your head down is in line you can walk taller. Have a great weekend. emoticon
