What is really happening?

Hi guys, What is really going on? I don't know what is happening. I am not losing any weight this year so far. I am doing everything as far as exercising 2 to 3 times a day. Mainly 2 x a day. Total 1 hr & 15 mins max of exercise. I am eating healthy. I'm really doing good in both aspects of exercising and eating. To no avail. No weight loss. It's a tricky month. At any rate, just wondering what's the deal. I thought maybe if I write it out, it will make me feel better. Thanks for listening guys. Have a good weekend.

    Everyone gave you great advice -- and although it always seems odd to think a person could eat TOO LITTLE, that may be the case! Wouldn't that be wonderful to have to EAT MORE so you could LOSE MORE!

    I have to agree with MPALMER15, you are consuming way too few calories, considering how much you are exercising as well.

    I am currently taking a weight management consultant course, and I had to write an article about crash diets. I posted it as a blog on here. Please have a read of it.

    We are both very concerned for your health if you continue eating so few calories. Unless you have been advised to do so by your doctor, you could end up doing yourself some serious damage.

    After glancing at your tracker, I would guess that you are not giving your body enough fuel. Are you doing a special diet, because I can't imagine eating so little food? By going to your fitness tracker and changing your fitness goals, you can have Spark set your nutrition ranges for the amount of exercise you are doing. I am guessing that it will put you almost 1000 calories more than what you are currently consuming. If you are not on a special, doctor-prescribed diet, then I highly recommend that you get with your doctor to discuss what will work best for you. I promise that I am not judging or lecturing here. I am genuinely concerned. Without enough fuel, you can put your body into starvation mode where it hangs onto fat while you lose muscle.

    Are you very close to your goal? Sometimes that slows down weight loss. Are you eating enough? Sometimes when you workout a lot you need to eat a little more to get the scales moving. Hang in there the scales will move again. emoticon
