What is really happening?

Hi guys, What is really going on? I don't know what is happening. I am not losing any weight this year so far. I am doing everything as far as exercising 2 to 3 times a day. Mainly 2 x a day. Total 1 hr & 15 mins max of exercise. I am eating healthy. I'm really doing good in both aspects of exercising and eating. To no avail. No weight loss. It's a tricky month. At any rate, just wondering what's the deal. I thought maybe if I write it out, it will make me feel better. Thanks for listening guys. Have a good weekend.
