Jackie Warner's Xtreme Boot Camp Workout

I decided to try Jackie Warner's Xtreme Boot Camp Workout (featured in FitnessRx for Women magazine) yesterday, and today I feel it all over! Which at least makes me feel like I did something good, but still... I think I jumped in too quick.
I think I thought since I've been doing a ton of cardio that I was stronger than I really am. I haven't done much strength training recently, but the exercises looked so simple lol! They didn't feel simple. I used a 3 lb. weight (I think she's using like 25 lbs. in the demonstrations) and it's supposed to be completed three times (I couldn't do the whole thing once) and take 30 minutes to complete (it took me 30 minutes to do it almost once). And you aren't supposed to rest in between (I rested a lot).
The concentration curl and holding squat was challenging, and then doing the squat pullover right after was nearly impossible. I was shaking like crazy halfway through that exercise but I finished. The reverse lunge with punch kick was actually not too bad and I enjoyed doing it. The pushup crawl with military press was difficult (I definitely don't have very good upper body strength and always struggle with pushups) but I think by crawling down and doing one and crawling back up in between made it easier. After that exercise, I couldn't finish the last two. I tried the holding squat row but couldn't even hold the position let alone lift the weights at the same time. At times, I felt I was experiencing a lesser degree of what the Biggest Loser people go through on the show lol!
So obviously I've got a lot of work to do! I felt the need to write about this so when I do build up the strength to do the workout properly I will be able to see how far I've come! I think I will either need to find some other, easier exercises to start off and build strength OR do less reps of these exercises I did yesterday so I can complete the whole thing.
