Is it really working?

Well, this was actually a good week for me. It's been such a long time since I've had one, I don't remember them I was really good about recording everything I eat, getting an hour or more of exercise each day and it looks like it paid off this week. I actually lost 3 lbs last week. I also added grapefruit to my list of foods I like. I tried one and actuallly liked it. This morning my boss brought muffins into the office (big ones- probably 600+ calories each) and I actually passed it up and heated my oatmeal up while staring at the box of muffins. Funny thing was, I really didn't feel like having one. Maybe its a new mindset starting to take ahold too? Now if I can only keep these good things happening.....
