Good Weigh-In

Thursday, January 20, 2011

Today was weigh-in and I'm down over 20 pounds! I am so excited! I am less than one pound from reaching my first goal and moving on to my next one. I haven't decided how to reward myself, but I'm thinking that just doing this is a pretty good reward in itself. I don't know...

Also, to follow-up on my previous entry about setting a Spark Streak to track my days of not biting/picking my fingernails, I'm up to 11 days. They still look terrible, but it's a start! I was thinking that for reaching my NEXT weight goal I might be ready for my first-ever manicure. That would be so sweet!

Way to go! Both with weight loss (20 lbs- wow!) and with breaking the nail biting habit!

I too have a hard time thinking of rewards for myself with weight loss. I usually ask my husband for inexpensive ideas.

I think the manicure is a GREAT reward for not biting your nails! Enjoy it!!

I prefer to treat myself with the french manicure, had it for my wedding and looked great.

    This is great-what an accomplishment.
Maybe you could go buy something you have been wanting-some little thing that you don't because you have other things to buy. I love it when I Let myself buy a scrapbook magazine, pair of cute socks, etc.

Oh, the manicure would be a great reward. You're doing so good.

Recently I reached a 15 pound weight loss and rewarded myself with a new pair of cute pj's. LOL..
