Trying to stay on track at work. Packed a lunch, no goodies lying around here--glad the holidays are over. Got in some cardio last night--my grandson opened the shredder and threw it everywhere!! Took 40 minutes to clean up and vacuum, and had to run down flights of stairs to empty the Dyson--the container does not hold much, so that made a few trips.
FINALLY got to bed and did not sleep much, so tired today. Will get in earlier tonight.
I think rest is important when trying to lose weight--it helps to keep the muchies away!
