    Do what your body is telling you to do honey. For someone that is still losing these 30 straight days can be a pain on the body. I would do what you can, even if it is only 20 minutes a day. They say all the time if you can get 10 minutes in a day you still can lose weight. If it has to be an every other day thing then do it or your body is gonna crash on you and you will have to start all over again or end up in a lot of pain. Take care of your self. Your in my thoughts hon.

    Wow, you seem really tired! I'm not super-familiar with the Jillian Michaels workouts, but I know they're killer. Why not alternate every other day, and then do something low impact, like walking for 30-40 minutes on the "off" days. That way, you're still moving and burning calories, but giving your body a break from that intensity. Just a thought...but don't give up! You're doing so well!
