Too much Fiber????!!!!

Yesterday I started tracking a new nutrient (Fiber). Wow, after I input to start tracking it, I found out that my fiber intake was way too much? Wow, this sucks! There is no way for me to bring it down neither, because most of the fiber that Im intaking is from the many fruits that I am eating??? I need to find a hemp protien supplement that has no fiber in it, but I do not think that is possible since all plants and fruits have fiber in them.

    How do you track fiber? I know that I have always taken in way too little and am slowly working on upping it. I don't want to have too much.

    CARRKM is correct about the intestinal problems.

    Diabetics are advised to have somewhat more fiber.

    If you are not having intestinal problems, you are probably OK with the fiber you are eating. The problem comes when people introduce a lot of extra fiber into their diets too quickly.
