Another Good Day

I'm counting good days. I did go over in calories, but 30 minutes of cardio plus two bootcamp videos. I'm making progress as I even got down in the floor tonight to do strength training. Getting down wasn't so bad, but getting back up was difficult!!

Spark People is difficult to load tonight, so I'll keep my words few!!
