Well I was heading in the right direction as of December 26th I was going down in weight working out everyday on my new wii fit. For two weeks I was eating right and getting all the junk out of me until this past weekend had fast food 2times because we didn't want to cook emoticon

For some reason bread is my enemy! Do you hear me my enemy I am not the person who can just eat one piece if I eat one piece before you know it I have eaten it all! People say don't deprive yourself but what if you are not at the stage that you can eat it in moderation and it is a trigger for you????

I had lost a total of 8lbs and I am now back up 2.5 ugh But I am DETERMINED TO STAY IN THE PRESS this year it is not time to give up or give in I am at least able to get back on track..

    I know how you feel, I love bread too! I have pretty much thrown out all bread unless it is 100% whole wheat or multi grain, and if I do eat it, it is only like once or twice a week! So hang in there you will get it, I hit a plateu for the last 6 weeks, and finally this week I broke free and am down three pounds! So keep your head up, and you will be just fine!

    HEY! You are my bread buddy as of right now! My boyfriend and I have made a small streak this week; NO BREAD. We both know we eat WAAAY too much pasta and bread, so we changed the bread for this week. Maybe a mini goal like that could help you? Another option is to leave only portion sizes out. Like 2 slices of bread in a ziplloc baggy once a day until the loaf is gone. That's a good way to control it because once the ziplock is empty you know you are done until tomorrow, instead of having the WHOLE LOAF gone by the end of the day. Or maybe cut up and apple and have that handy or some other snack to replace bread.

    I am talking too much, but i hope one of these can help :)
