Small Goals Lead to Big Goals!

I began a 30-day journey 14 days ago on January 4, 2011. My "Diva Goes Hard for 30 Days" endeavor is almost half-way over and I am on track (yaaay me emoticon)! I'll post an 'official' half-way (15 days) entry later this week with pics and updates.

SOOOO...with me doing so well on my "small goal" thus far (and I have no intention of jumping ship...I CAN DO THIS!), I began to think about a BIGger goal: Lose 50 lbs by my birthday!

It sounds like a LOT to me when I say 50 pounds emoticon but if I continue at my current goal of 2lbs per week, that would be 2 times 34 weeks = 68 lbs! So that means that I just have to continue what I'm doing and I'll be fine!

My other thing that a SP blogger has inspired me to do is to get a tape measure so I can use my body's measurements instead of just weight to track my progress. THANK YOU APRILRAIN!!! emoticon

Well, I'm done for this entry...have a SUPER sparked day!
