Finding Balance

This new year began with my continued motivation and commitment to living a healthier life!! This process of healthy living has continued; but with some possible "setbacks" (if I allow) them, which is my returning to school!!

Now, that classes have resumed, I must get to bed at a reasonable hour to get enough sleep, complete assignments in a timely manner to avoid failing and working full-time; BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, IS MY EXERCISE!!!


My exercise is still scheduled for first thing in the mornings which is my "ME TIME" and then I prepare for work and the rest of the day!!! By taking this "ME TIME" first thing in the mornings, I am prepared for the rest of the day with renewed vigor and energy!!

Therefore, I am committed to this new way of living healthy and continuing to strive towards my goal of a fitter, healthier ME!!!

    You are the most important priority-so keep going with the exercise and yes it will make your day if you do it first! Good for you on the schooling! emoticon

    Sounds like a solid plan that will lead to success. Stay focused on your priorities. I know the campus I retired from gave me access to some great fitness programs. Hope you classes go well.
