I'm holding strong!!

So far, so good! Although I've only dropped 4 pounds, I'm hanging tough in the healthy eating department. I'm really hoping that I can make it a permanent lifestyle change. I've been reading and learning a lot. I'm anxious to see changes to my body. I've got to be patient because I'm sure it won't happen any too fast.
I've also been adding a different workout program to my exercise routine. Typically I've just ran 5 days a week, 5 miles a day. I think my body has become unresponsive! So to fix the problem a couple of friends and I joined the local gym and are taking a Body Pump class 3 days a week. We're loving it! I lifted weights for years, but then started focusing all my time on running. It's kind of fun to get back to it. I can honestly say that after two weeks I'm seeing a difference in my abs. I can't wait to see good things happen all around!
