Well I'm trying to stay motivated, I worked out today but only for 30 min I've been doing 40 or more, but my back was killing me, so I took it down a notch. Hopefully I'm able to keep up this pace, with the cold weather we're having my joints are starting to hurt more hopefully it's not a flare coming on, just the cold weather. I really want to keep loosing. I haven't been this close to being under 200 in several years. I really want to be thin again. I'm going to make it happen.
