Revised Goal

I've been reading a lot of great stuff on Spark People lately. One thing I picked out was to make reasonable goals. When you have so much (weight) to lose it can be overwhelming.

So I've decided to take this journey 10% at a time. I'm focusing on losing 10% of what I weigh now and then when that's gone I'll readjust my goal numbers to 10% of my new weight. I'm excited about this. This is doable. I've already shed 25% of the first 10%. I even made up an excel spread sheet showing how it will work. Guess what? It makes it look like I don't have so much to lose!

Try it, it might help you not be so overwhelmed by the numbers. I know I will do it this time! Thanks Spark People for all your help and thanks to all those motivational pages I'm reading. They sure help keep me on track.
