Week three of my journey

In the past when I have entered week three of losing weight, it always is the most challenging week for me. Knowing since day one that this would be a critical week, I have been trying to come up with strategies that would get me through week three. The good thing about week three is that my body is starting to get used to the reduced calories. I did a work out with Leslie Sansone this evening and I really wasn't hungry after but since I hadn't had any freggies all day(I know, I know), I knew I had to make a big salad loaded with veggies for dinner. It felt good to work out especially since I lacked the energy to work out this weekend. I had a night out with my honey Saturday, which we haven't done in a long time, and we had sushi and martinis. Not the best food choices but I didn't go overboard like I usually would either so I view it as progress, especially since I didn't partake in any snacks when we went to the basketball game.
So week three is off to a good start. I'll need to go to the store to stock up on fresh freggies since I'm nearly out. I have a meeting with my health coach this week and that will also help with the week three hump. And of course, I have my support team here at SP!
