Goals for 2011

I copyed this from my journal. They are both personal and related to just being healthy
Limit junk food in take
Drink at least 100 oz of water daily
Eat more fruit and veggies
Really focus on tracking the calories I am eating. Or on days where I am really busy write them in my journal.
Get in exercise for at least 10 minutes daily
Take the time to look my best.
