I do the 28 day spark challenge and I'm doing great sticking with it.. I'm up to doing 40 minutes cardio 5X a week and a 10 min strength training video everyday. . I'm half way there this is my third week. Yeah!!!!! So I'm doing good and feeling good. I track my food and water everyday .. I'm even starting to sleep better too. I can also feel my body is feeling different.. ya know what i can't wait for. I can't wait to see my collar bones.. I haven't seen those bones probably since my teens.. I think it will be cool just to see them popping out and not covered up by fat... lol
I didn't do well over the holidays from Thanksgiving to New Years. I gain about 10 pounds of what i already lost . So yeah I'm still loosing what i gained. But I am on the right track now and feeling really good.. Hope fully I'll get to Onederland by summer but If it takes longer thats fine as long as i keep with it I'll be good..
It will be nice once the warmer weather is back Its so friggen cold today 18 degrees at least i had the day off and didn't have to drag my 3 year old on the bus at 6 in the morning.. I'm making chicken soup tonight..Mmmmm nice hot soup to warm up with. With lots of carrots, celery and some whole wheat noodles. Yum!! Well have a great day!!
