Can't let the winter blues stop me.

I have been stressing myself out these days trying to get back on track. I really hate the winter months because it's so hard for me to stay focused. These were my downfalls for the winter and the start of the new year.

1) Gained 14lbs
2) loss of motivation
3) Down in run/walk and other exercise 1x to 2x a week
3) Not eating healthy
4) Not sticking with a program

Now it's time to make a change. It has taken me some time to write out my plans for the new year. I really want to challenge myself by sticking to my program. My real goals are:

1) Lose 30lbs. by May 2011
2) Start motivating myself by listening to my body and sparking.
3) Exercise cardio/strength training 4x a week
4) Run/walk 2x week
5) Planning my meals every week
6) Bought a journal to keep track of my progress and how I feel

I have made other plans and determination for the future that I do plan to share with you all. I think it will be great and I know how much you guys will give me your support. On January 28 I will be celebrating my 3 year anniversary with spark. I have come a long way from my start weight at 250lbs and I am proud of that but it was not just losing the weight that made me feel good it was the support from all my sparkling friends and Sparkpeople. I am so happy that I found a family that I can share my thoughts and inspirations with for so many years. I have come to love something that I would have never thought I could. Thank you all for your continued support. I wish all of your a great journey to your success. I am with you all the way.
