Alright, a grand total of 11 lbs gone from last week! I want to just run to the top of a mountain and shout it out. I'm so excited!

So I'm doing great at my water. I'm getting plenty of it and it feels good. I'll drink when I think I'm hungry and about half the time I'll find out I was actually thirsty! I've got my diet on a great start. I have eaten a little meat and one piece of candy and a little processed food. Since we don't really have any money for groceries right now so while I can do healty foods some of them may be processed. I do not need to eat meat though and I definitely don't need to eat candy. So I'll kick the rest of those habits. Oh, I had a little bit of dairy as well, so that'll be gone this week too. I can't wait for this Friday when I can go to the grociery store and get some good food! :)

I've done my gazelle every night except for one when I had a headache and laid down and fell asleep. I only went to the gym once so I need to figure out more times for that. I'm planning on going tonight after my husband gets home from work. The reason I've had a hard time this week is because my son has chicken pox and I can't take him to day care. So this week will still be difficult but I'll just have to make time after my husband gets home from work.

So we're going to focus on following my dietary guidelines better and then exercising more. I did my wii fit for almost an hour and then my gazelle last night so I'm going to shoot for activity like that. I have some great videos (which I'e said numerous times before) that I can do.

Let's make this week a great one!
