Mon 1/10: 5 mile run outside (51 min)
Tue 1/11: 20 min stationary bike, 30 min weights (Kelly Coffey Meyer DVD)
Wed 1/12: 4 miles, 41 min outside
Thu 1/13: 25 min stationary bike, 20 min PowerSculpt
Fri 1/14: rest
Sat 1/15: Fun Run! 9.5 miles/1 hr 35 min
Sun 1/16: rest

Total week miles: 18.5
Total minutes: 282
Total calories burned: 2,181

Awesome Fun Run along the Half route on Saturday morning. CRAZYYYY HILLS!!!! This half is notorious for its hills. The view was spectacular; worth the climb like they say. Lots of goodies before and after the run. Loved the camaraderie. Great people helped pushed me through.

Could have done better with nutrition this week. Need to start thinking about a challenge. Feeling down today (relationship drama). Can’t wait to run this evening. That always picks me up. Brought a delicious spinach & chicken salad for lunch today .
