Last Week's Goals Revisited...

- Do the planned exercises each day for Turbo Fire emoticon
- Drink 64 ounces of water each day
- Start back to jogging on the treadmill on Saturday emoticon
- Exercise and do homework during the set time
- stay within my calorie range

I will do better this coming week as I learned a few things that I didn't know about myself. I will get my act together next week.

    It's a learning process. Meeting some of your goals is better than meeting none at all. Turbo Fire looks intense, so it's great that you kicked butt doing that! Way to go!
