Day 4, 5, 6- Official 28-Day Bootcamp Workout Challenge

I slacked on the blogs...had a crazy busy weekend around my house and was on such a roll cleaning that I didn't want to stop...CRAZY isn't it??!!!
My eating this weekend has been over the top however my activity levels are quite high...so it will probably even out...keeping fingers crossed!
I finally put my BodyBugg back on and forgot just how much fun it is to see the numbers...yup...GEEK...that's me.
I LOVE my gadgets!
I found it very cool that yesterday alone...without my exercise, I burnt OVER 3200 calories...just by cleaning, moving boxes, unpacking boxes from my move...A YEAR AGO...
My knees are still pretty battered and sore but my elbow and shoulder is MUCH better today.
So still on track for my 28 day challenge...still waiting for PLANETSPARKY to update her blog on her results...
My goal for this week is to track my foods again...a habit I got out of in November and December, but realize is a MUST in this process.
RUN, RUN, RUN!!
