Shopping for Bargains

Well, Sunday is our shopping day, so I decided to go to one extra store. The local Hy Vee had a sale on premixed salads for $1 per package , so I nabbed two--one to eat tonight. We have leftover ham, so I got the scalloped ham recipe off Spark today, but made a tweak--added peppers instead of some of the onions--should be a nice tweak, I hope!!

Usually I do not cook as much during the week, when I have the 12 hour work days, so hope it turns out. I will make an effort to sit down and read the mid week sales adds more--hope to get more bargains!!
