So many reasons... injury, time, money, laziness, lack of motivation, discouraged, health reasons... the list goes on. I asked my self this questions this week, because it is SOOOO unbelievably tough to get going again!

    I am making the time and I do enjoy exercising. Have to make some time for food planning now... it is sooo eas to make bad eating choice. I know I can do it, I will keep trying.

    Yes it is but you can do it! You did it before and YOU WILL DO IT AGAIN!! Take it one day at a time and remember that results don't come over night :-)
