I woke up at 8:30 am this morning after having slept12 hours. I believe the massage relieved lots of stress and relaxed me. I was very focused on completing all that I set to do this weekend. So, here is the list that I completed:

Added one new workout into current workout plan
Also, I did complete another day of week 4 (C25k). Today it was a little harder than Friday evenings. I think I drank too much water in the early morning. I had to stop 3 times to pee....Oh well, thank goodness I was inside on the treadmill.
Anyhow.....see the pic below on the motivational collage. I put it up on my closet door. I also put up several other motivators near the treadmill, kitchen, mirror in bathroom. I am going to continue to add more in the coming days. My new favorite is:
EARN YOUR BODY
I want to get healthy.
I want to look better.
I will eat right.
I will exercise.
I WILL EARN MY BODY.
