I just finished week one of Spark People's 28 Day Challenge and I did it 100%! I ate well and worked out all 7 days! I took a spin class, stocked my kitchen with fresh fruits and veggies and did the videos everyday. It feel SO GREAT to be back in the swing of things like that! Now I can't wait till the next week... which starts tomorrow :)
I'm trying to eat "cleaner." Or just healthier...however you want to put it. I want to cut waaaay back on processed foods and prepare more of my meals from scratch instead of from a box. I cook a good portion of all my meals that way already, but I would like to keep doing so and at a greater frequency. I've been finding some really yummy sounding (and healthy) recipes and I'm pretty excited to try them out! I cooking and baking!
I also would like to keep my workouts varied. This week I did a different workout each day. I did Turbo Jam dvd, spinning, running, Biggest Loser dvd, abs from P90X and other strength training (including the SP challenge videos). The gym I go to has some new classes I'm looking into trying out. There are so many to choose from and I want to do them all! :P
