30lbs came back argh

Saturday, January 15, 2011

Well I know I put on 8lbs at christas but i had been sneaking on a few pound here and there ever since i went i holiday in MAY

Today I took stock and counted then all up - arghh just after christmas I was 30lbs higher than my lowest weight last year how the heck did i let that happen !

cheese and chocolate and beer

Well hopefully spinning skiing and snow will help to get me back on track - 2 weeks int the new year and 2 of those lbs are gone again. hopefully by April I can get back to where I left off last April well at least seeing the 160's on the scale.

So thats my first medium term goal 169 lbs by April 1st
28lbs and 75 days to burn them all off !

April 1st? No fooling? haha. I'm sure you can do it, Bev, all kidding aside! I've been playing with the same 10 pounds for the 2 years I've been on here! So.....we just have to get serious! So glad to see you back at the forum!

I know how you feel Bev, I started off the new year 35 lbs. heavier than my lightest weight last year....totally disgusted with myself....but I'm back on the wagon now & working to get those 35 lbs. off yet again....maybe I'll have learned a lesson in this somehow. Glad you are your background picture!
