No doubt that the weight loss journey can be a little tiresome. Sometimes you just wanna do what you wanna do without having to measure, track, prepare etc. The "Why did I have to have a fat problem?" question has come to my mind here and there.

But when it's all said and done I'm still enjoying my journey. Preserverance is sexy. When I look in the mirror I'm not just in awe of my blossoming new figure but the person who is tackling workout after workout, balancing work, kids, planning meals, dodging sabotagers.

I'm still inspired and still motivated. When I get a little weary, I look at the progress I've made (Glory to God) and I anti up and kick in again. Second wind.
