So yesterday, I "reached" a milestone of 8250 minutes of fitness minutes. Many of you may have many more minutes than that. I decided I want to get to 10,000 minutes soon. When I figured out how long it "could take/should take", I decided I am going to commit to working out 22 minutes/day and I will therefore reach the goal of 10,000 minutes by March 1, 2011.
So there is my goal.
