Still doing well

I usually have no problem sticking to a plan during the week when I'm at work. I'm pretty much stuck here and can only eat what I packed for my lunch. And I make sure to pack a healthy lunch, so that's not a problem. I have also been walking up and down the stairs here and getting my exercise in that way. I also am able to spend plenty of time here on SparkPeople and I really think that is helping to keep me motivated! I love this website!!! emoticon

However, we have a 3-day weekend coming up and that is my hardest time. Last weekend was my first on the plan and I actually surprised myself and did good. I am hoping to be able to continue the streak of eating well. I never drink as much as I should on the weekends and don't usually get any exercise. It's my time to relax and I take the seriously! emoticon

So here I am pledging that I will do well this weekend and will 1) drink tons of water and 2) watch very closely exactly what I eat. I will log in to SP every day and spend at least 30 mins here to help with the motivation.

    good luck! i often have trouble keeping my water intake up on the weekends too.
