It is time to buckle down and reach the end of this jouney. I have changed up my exercise and I'm watching the foods and amounts. I want to reach the end by May. I really don't think it is undoable, but it will take dedication and consistancy. I have been stuck since last summer and gained a little. The first step is to get down to tha lowest I was last summer (157) and move on to my goal of 147. If it goes below that it is my choice because I feel it would be the right thing, but I'm sure I don't want to go lower than 140. Today I am 163.
