One week later, not much change. I went to the gym couple times. I'm really ready to go home where I can have more control over my food and activities. That's not to say while away from home I have no control, but I miss cooking.

My workouts are still evolving. I am always looking for ways to invigorate them and make them fun. If I could only figure out how to knit/crochet while on the elliptical ... I'm also considering purchasing the Wii Fit Plus with Balance Board.

    oh!! I saw a post on HPKCHC where someone was doing "cardio knitting" on their reclined bicycle!!! :) She said she was a fitness trainer. I wonder which thread I saw that in ..... hmmmm... going off to look!
