Wednesday & Thursday workouts

Here are my 2 new workouts that I have done over the past couple of nights!

Wednesday - chest & back

Over head extensions - 7.5kg - 20 reps x 3 sets
Incline Dumbell Press - 7.5kg - 20 reps x 3 sets
Bench Press - 20kg - 20 reps x 3 sets
Pec deck - 15kg - 20 reps x 3 sets

Negative chins - Max reps x 3 sets
Seated Cable row - 15kg - 20 reps x 3 sets
Straight arm lat pulldowns - 15kg - 20 reps x 3 sets
Hyperextensions - 20 reps x 2 sets

Thursday - Aerobic

Treadmill - 20 mins - Interval training
Rower - 10 mins - Interval training

12 min circuit
squats x 10
Russian twists x 10
Dumbell Shoulder press x10
Press ups x 10
Knee to elbows x 10

Both workouts are really good and am thoroughly enjoying them. I am just so knackered though that all I want to do is sleep.
