started using the treadmill a few days ago, starting out slow, doing 10 minutes.

    Good for you. Don't try to do it all in a week. Maybe do 10 minutes this week, then the next week do 12. Then 14, then 16. You can do it. If you try to go straight to 60, you'll end up sore and not be able to walk.
