I've been doing well with my diet. I'm leaning more towards low carb because it's really hard for me to lose weight when eating lots of carbs. I am definitely eating healthy carbs. I bought some ezekiel 4:9 bread, and tortillas. They taste really good, I like living food. Also this morning I got out of bed really fast and went to the gym despite wanting to stay in bed where it's so warm. But good things come to those who get out of bed early because I ran a mile in 13.5 minutes! That may be my fastest ever. I remember in Middle school running a mile I think it took about 13-14-15 minutes, not sure. I can't want to see change on the scale too. I was supposed to get the paperback the spark but it couldn't come because of the storm that happened last night. I will be able to start reading it tonight, can't wait!
