Feeling good about today... worked out this morning did 10 min of Wii fit step using soup can weights in hands (my arms really hurt after that) then did 30 min of regular step. Was sweating like a pig when I was done but I felt so alive afterwards... I have been really good with watching what I put in my mouth, and have not been late night snacking. I really want to be under 200 that is my goal to reach before my birthday.. Hopefully I can make it.
