Today's goal work is developing a plan B. It seems that's all I've been doing this week - I was supposed to have one lunch out and now it's 2 at the same place (I screwed up - don't wanna talk about it
), I had to leave before my workout was finished this morning due to a snow day, etc., etc. I really HAVE done 9 days out of my 120 so far, so 111 to go, and today's on track so far.
What I've been doing is making amends without trying to be perfect. That's worked. So, I had to leave early this morning and all that was due, still, was my ST workout. I'd already done 20 minutes of Zumba and a 10 minute yoga routine. I got back and was feeling pressed about work, but I did 3 of my 5 ST exercises. And this was better than doing none. I still made my goal of at least 30 minutes of exercise daily. I had both breakfast AND lunch out today, but I planned around that in terms of choices I made out and food I'm having at home.
It's all doable. That's what I've got to keep in the forefront of my mind as I do this.
